1:23.8 on street tires. i want to break in to low 22's on street tires before the end of the season. boost was set at 25 psi and getting some flashy-flashy. need to turn the timing down some. i should be able to get 22's if i turn the boost up to 27 and get some clean laps without traffic. i was hitting 138 mph on a few laps, with the tall 275/40 tires.

that bmw 1M has about 450 whp and 400 torque. he pulls aways from me on straights like nothing. he lifted to let me by.

And I'm talking about creatinine not creatine.

Well Summit looks like a fun course! That BMW was the truth, it looked like he was pulling on you in those couple of short straights. Question on the first turn in lap 11 after that high speed straight you swung wide left to set up turn. Curious if you did that intentionally or you came into turn a little hot. I would think braking slightly early would allow you to dive in and not add the distance in set up of turn. Please educate me sir....

Putting Summit on the list of have to go to places.. So far I have Monticello, WGI, Summit and would like to eventually run Thunderbolt, not interested in doing Lightning again anytime soon.

Well your not that old, you have muscle mass on you and I assume you are drinking water. I fail to see the correlation?? Your pee brown or something? I drink a ton of water while working out, I even carry a water bottle while running. Have you had some type of injury previously that damaged kidney?
If you do not want to answer publicly don't, just asking cause I am interested for realz in all the working out stuff.

Going to call and set up an appt with the doctor for a physical. I am going to get my T checked, all the commercials have me convinced, thank god my junk still works or I would be really worried!

you talking about 3:40 mark? that's the "carrousel", went in a little too hot and had to lift a little to pull the front end back in. that was Tim B in the 350z at the end.

mike, it's kinda like a "scandinavian flick", i do that pretty on every lap if you look at the steering wheel. it makes the turn wider and i can get on the gas earlier, although entry speed is slower. like i said before, it's not always about cutting distance. sometimes, setting yourself up to get on gas earlier (like late apex) is better even if you're adding a little distance. Tim B used to not run that line till we compare telemetry data and saw that i was faster with that line. now he use it and he thinks it's faster. sometimes you just have to try different lines even though it might not seem obvious at first. that's one thing i like about track is that you have many opportunities to get it right, might even take you multiple track days and 100's of laps to find out that perfect line for you. with autox, you only have 4-5 laps to do it, then the course change.

That's actually why I like autox. You only get a few shots to get the line and that perfect execution (only 3 on a national level). You have to plan well, execute well, and even adjust car setup run to run to take top honors. No pressure

No worries, we will find a Autox that works with your schedule. Maybe you, Cantor, myself and Shoe can go head to head in my car on street tires. I truly suck on street tires so that makes it fair. Best time wins, better yet, if someone has 285 hoosiers we can throw on the car then it would really be on. I think a Meadowlands event would be in order. You can stay over at my house to make the trip easier for you. Guarantee it would be an epic day!

make it street tires and it's a date
but it's not fair if we just run your car, since you have more seat time in it. we do 2 runs in your car and two runs in my car and combine the times. no launching in my car though
