If you don't have excel, go openoffice.org and down load open office. Works the same.

My buddy Found an evo down in Seattle and had the paperwork drawn up for the loan. He had me look at the mods and something seemed off about it. The guy said he had it tuned at English Racing but never had it dynoed, which made me think bs. So I told my buddy to call ER and get the scoop. Turns out the guy did bring it down there for a tune but was only able to make one pull at 190awhp. They said something was definitley wrong and the guy never came back to finish the tune. Needless to say he's still looking.

Hey everyone,

I have a 06 Evo 9. My car has developed a clunk/pop sound in the driver side wheel well area. I have heard it on the passenger side before but it dominates the driver side more so. It's temperamental and chooses when it wants to do it. I mostly hear it while turning and going over speed bumps. Some posts say it's the strut bearings, while others disagree. Has anyone locally experienced this same problem and fixed it? Any info would be greatly appreciated. It's annoying as hell.

i havent, but see if you can push on your hood in a downward force (on the driver side of course) and if it doesnt bounce back and stay ie, keeps bouncing up and down, then its safe to say your strut is shot and you need new ones, or it could be you CV boot that is going out, or it could be an axle issue, who knows,

would i be able to meet you at walmart and see whats up,

and there's a BBQ everyone is invited, hit me up on here and ill give you directions

Got the black installed and set it at waste gate pressure (18 psi) and its still moving some air. The spool up sound is completely different with the anti-surge ports, sounds like a 7.3l powerstoke turbo (loud *** whistle). Kind of annoying, hopefully it grows on me

Dolan, I don't mean to blow your **** up in anyway but whatever you did when you pulled a few things.......I love it, with less boost/timing it feels as though it pulls just the same to an extent...not as hard and not as fast but it's still there, turbo spools quicker etc etc, that's just how it feels, but Dolan, your amazing and I just want to say thank you so much, it's running alot safer now and feels just as powerful,

Thank you Dolan,

Matt.

Again you forget the "NO HOMO" part...Your welcome bud, but NO! I am not amazing and its probably a placebo affect. "Safe" is relative...you were running an overly conservative map and still are. Just remember to log, log, log... oh and remember boost changes with temps.

True, but on any given cold night I would push 23-25 psi of boost, last night it got a little cold (idk if it was due to me running the ac with both back windows down a little bit lol but I can't even push over 21 psi and I'm holding boost at higher levels, I'll explain that when we get together again........ NO HOMO
