I see no issues with using a evo x top hat.. that should work just fine.. the problem is getting a evo top hat. I figure if I'm going to do that I might as well install a full Evo X suspension.

I think the fronts may work as a whole piece but the rears are way different. maybe switching strut tops and hats for the rear will make the evo shocks work in the rear. I will be trying a lot of different stuff when I do it

The top hats are about $80 bucks each; but i wouldnt replace those. I would just replace the top seat, which is designed to hold the spring in place. those are about $36 each. The only concern would be that the top hat of the OS fits the top seat of the MR.

ISC Coilovers - RVR/ASX

So with some research last night, ive come across some promising news.
ISC suspension has created a Coilover for the RVR/ASX for the asia market. Ive reached out to the Asia ISC division and was pretty much declined any shipping and or import/export to the USA. I was given a contact in the north america division and also a company named AJW Performance who should be able to help according to the Asia divison Rep.

Im not sure if any of you know any vendors for ISC and maybe this could lead us in the right direction. Part# or Item# is M033 which is not listed on the North america site. ISC goes for about $1099 which is much better than a $1800 price tag for some KW's.

I love Rpf1's! A lightweight wheel for a great selling price!

I have found a couple coilovers for the RVR/ASX but they are hard to find a place that will ship. If this Evo X suspension does not work then I will be ordering coils from over seas

very nice! I don't think I would do big brakes on this car though, the added weight is not worth it unless it had a lot more power. Upgraded rotors and pads though are never a bad thing. I will find the parts and part numbers of the stuff I found.

You can always buy evoX front spendals with calipers mounts for about 80.00 on ebay, and stock brembo front brakes off an evoX for around 250.00-400.00 on ebay as well and then bolt it all up. For a cheaper more stock looking option

So either you found it to be a breeze this weekend.. and you driving around getting it.. with the unknown vehicle being pictured by every enthusiast.. or the total opposite and your OS is still lifted and wheels off... lol. I must have checked this Lowering title 5 times throughout yesterday and today lol.

lol I have not had time to do anything not even install my Strut bar. My garage is full of furniture and stuff since I will be moving at the end of next week. All my tools are blocked by furniture and crap for the move. I will also have my son this weekend, so it probably wont get done for a couple weeks. weather is not looking too hot to do anything outside this week either.

When I start I will let everyone know. Sorry for the delay, these big changes in my life are screwing up my playtime!
