I will check when I get home from work as well. If it's pinned correctly it is prob the relay box on the fan that you already reordered. Like I said I'll check back and get back to you.

I installed an amazon fan controller module(It cost $20 from amazon, bought it confirm this is the issue. I'll buy a OEM module after) and the fans are working now. The coolant feed/return lines are no longer pressurized to where I can't squeeze it. Going to bleed the coolant system then take her out for a drive. Coolant temps do reach 212f but if I rev the engine the temps start to drop.

That's great news. I had to throw the small battery on a charger so didn't get too look into my settings. I have been using a off brand controller in my car for 1.5 years now with no issues. Might be worth checking the settings for when the fans turn on to see what temps those are set to. I have seen 205° in my car but it stays around 170°-185° most the time.

No worries,

Fan is set to:

Once I burp the system I'll check the temps again. If that still has weird readings, I'll change the coolant temp senor and thermostat

seems to still having some pressure within the coolant lines, I'm noticing the radiator isn't exchanging coolant with the res/overflow tank. Not sure if this is normal or not. Going to install a OEM radiator cap and check the line for clog.

Maybe I'm over thinking it but how much are you able to squeeze a the coolant line to the thermostat housing?

Your rad line is suppose to have some pressure in it so it will be kinda hard. As for the overflow fill it up to the cold line and burp the system which I'm sure you have done. But when the car is warm it will or should go to the warm line on the overflow.

I'd take it for a little spin around the block no boost for a few miles and check the hot level. If there is a lot of pressure in the hose and nothing in the over flow then there's another problem.
