My tune may have been too conservative. I had it tuned to beat the crap out of.

**edit: looked back and maybe I was at 350-360whp. I didn't think it was doing that much on pump. Man, what a fun turbo.

It would be REALLY weird to have air coming out of it.
And it can't be coming out of suction coupler. Take a picture next time. Hopefully it isn't a cracked compressor housing.

I keep forgetting I always run small cams and super safe, so my numbers are always lower
That and it's been a while.

Compressor side silicone hose coupler? I'm not sure of the name, but I'm trying to refer to the turbo suction side connected to the air filter. Having bubbles under the name plate doesn't make sense unless housing is cracked somewhere. Maybe that is a solution to help with the surge? Lol

You probably need a bigger AN to your catch can. Maybe add another catch can on the PVC line too (replace to bigger AN than the tiny PVC size). Is the oil dark color?

My OG Green (about 10 years ago) made 333whp on the GST Mustang Dyno on 91 and only 21-22 pounds of boost. That should be 370 - 380whp or so.

That would certainly cause some issues

How careful are you when you separate the air filter and hose to your turbo? Did you clean the entire area before taking the turbo intake hose/pipe and filters apart. And be even more careful assembling while keeping dirt out?

I think everyone will see this on their blade eventually. I have about 1,000 miles on my HTA71, but I won't be surprised to find at least 1 tiny chip. We'll see when I clean my air filter again when I change my oil.
