Well im getting 700 bucks back from the gov't and I'm wanting to know what you think I should do. I could either do a few apperance upgrades (Greddy front lip to replace my F'ed up one, repaint my front bumper and reclear the wing), or do a few power upgrades (fuel pump, ETS IC piping kit, O2 housing and retune). Im leaning towards the power upgrades as the front lip isn't that big of a deal, but I respect ya'lls opinion.

 

Hey guys...kinda a random question, but do any of you go to UNR? I always see a white and silver evo in the garage. (I have a blue VIII).

 

I say go for the power mods. You would be able to put those on now instead of waiting for the nice weather to do cosmetic changes.

I'd say the $700 goes to the power mods. Your front bumper really isn't that bad. Or you could take that money and get your track permit with me at RFR when the weather clears up

Hee- When again does the track season start and how much for the permit? I'm only going to be taking 2 classes this summer, so ill be working a good bit, so I could probably afford it then. Ya'll need to let me detail for ya so i can afford to do this stuff

 

Like some people say, the best mod is the driver mod. The track is open year-round as long as the weather's good. Their next scheduled permit class is Feb 9 and it's $375.

Sounds good man! Let me know. I got the polishes that work on Benz's clear coat too, so if its gotten swirled than I can fix them no problem. Also with the polisher I'll need more time (around 5-6 hours for a full job) so if you need me to I could probably head to your work and do it on a Friday or something. How far away is your work?

 

Very nice! I have a really messed up schedule this semester. I'm on campus Mondays 7pm-945pm, Tuesdays 11am-9:45pm & Thursdays 11-3:45...gotta love how the college of business has almost ALL night classes!!!

 

lol Ive actually got class from 1-2:15 on Monday and Wednesday, 1-9:45 on Tuesdays (got about an hour or 2 in between each class, but not enough time to go home ) and than 1-5:15 on Thursdays. Mine isn't too bad thank god! If you feel like getting together in-between classes than let me know!

 

YO, I'm on my way to Reno Thursday. Just wonderin how bad the weather is up there. Not sure if I'm gonna take off the Advans and throw some stock Enkies on to make the trip.....
