Why the hell would I throw sticks at you? Drag racing isn't my cup o' tea, but I definitely see the appeal. Its not like I think you're a buncha idiot hicks for drag racing. Nor do I even think it requires no skill. The only way I can bash drag racing is the fact that all my track racing has taught me to handle the car in lots of situations and decreased my reaction times (haha, autox definitely decreases reaction times, god damn orange cones)

I forgot that, I remember wheeling the jack through the rain over to the tent, I was the one who jacked it up and put the jack stands on and took the two front wheels off. He did the rest though.

Yeah, time for suspension for sure. (you have a tune right?) Intercooler, small battery kit (if you haven't already) or move the battery to the trunk, and suspension. I'd say that'd be one decent street beast.

You don't NEED a rear sway bar and end links, especially if you get your suspension decently set-up and just plan on street with a little autox. Even my JICs were stable as hell (meaning no over or under steer), don't forget that the Evo is already a god of handling Wes.

The 4lb difference from the MR to the GSR is like dropping the car 1.5" (because it lowers the center of gravity that much) Imagine the difference shaving another 7lbs off the roof (dropping it what... like another 3ish inches). Taking weight you can spare off the top and the front and the back of the car is the first thing that should be done, I always think its funny to see guys with full trunks and they have their backseat all removed.

You could just wait until Warrtalon finishes working with Buschur and gets the tranny cooler set-up for the 6 speed, that thing should work like a charm.

Edit: Oh wait, Wes needs the endlinks and the swaybar because he has no spoiler to keep his car stable
Yes thats the vid only I don't have sound right now at work so I'll watch it again later

I love the way my car handles...**** when I get some wider rims/tires yeaaaa buddy

400 is more than enough for the street, so i think 500 should be just enough.
I still have to buy cams, studs, clutch, and more gauges.

It's sad but that isn't too out of the question. A few years ago I ran a 14.5 @ 105 becuase it was my first time at the drags and couldn't launch my car worth a damn (3rd Gen RX7TT) but when you got into 3rd gear the thing pulled like a mother trucker. With a good launch, i would have been mid 13's (I forget what my 60 ft time was but it was BAAAAAAD ).

OK everyone who drag races may now proceed to make fun.

500whp with a 3076 probably won't happen with this thin air. i would shoot for nice flat tq & 450whp or so.... all "400whp" cars are not the same trust me.
