Utah Evos
haha ya I know Wes. I use to have a nice Nikon D50 and it got stollen on a skiing trip this last winter and I have yet to get a new one. I want some one local that like taking pics to take some of mine one of these days. Maybe get a group together and do a shoot. I will take who ever wants to do the pics out to dinner
we can call it a date

Tight yo, I don't get off work till 3. And I haven't ordered pads yet (been researching, and trying to decide how much I really need them, or if the sensors are just being stupid). There's Hawks HP Plus for 120 front and 120 rear... but there's factory replacements for like 35 front and 60 rear.
So I'm trying to find out if the HP Pluses are really worth it. But I'll let you know, just like everyone else
I'm pretty sure I'd definitely drive that far for an idoor lift.
And I win!

, 5:30 is like official closing time but if you let me know we could probably be around later one night and that would be no problem.
Here, because they're both too cool to post it, and its a great local photoshoot:

PS, Evopwned, we have to do a shoot of the rear of both our cars sometime
Actually we need another meet/drive sometime.
Dan: sounds good, I'll let you know. I think I'll order the pads today, so hopefully they'll be in. And hopefully the parts Porsche says you "need" aren't needed... Sensors for all 4 corners: 50 dollars. Vibration shims (which I already have, they're just old) for all 4 corners 80 dollars.
Everyone says you can take the sensors and tie the wires together and then put it out of the way and it will keep the stupid "Brake Wear" light off. We'll see I guess. Vibration shims are just recommended for maximum noise reduction... And, guess what, I drove an Evo, no brake noise bothers me! Haha

Yea there are 4 lifts, airguns, and all kinds of tools (not like my tools back home, but enough to get you by). Thats where I replaced my clutch and it was fine. They are open during business hours. Also, I go back to work on Friday. It will cost a couple bucks but thats not bad. Im sure youll get em done quick. Just give me a call if you end up coming up yhis way even if you end up going to Ogden. 402-720-8554.
Evan, were you up this way the other day? I swear I saw you somewhere, unless there is another blue evo up here now. Sh*t...there are so many more up this way than there was before I left. I swear I see atleast 1 a day or 3 if I actually go out for a drive.
I saw a white RS out by the airport around noon... Driving hella fast.
And I'll probably steal Dan's garage. Free > few bucks. But I'll still let you know when I come up there if you want. (and this bit is for you too Dan) I'll probably get the pads on Wednesday and do them Thursday.

Just an FYI, the Lap Battle on July 26th will now consist of 4 30 minute sessions. That's right, 50% more racing for FREE!
