Found out what the whine is... unfortunatly it is the transfercase!!

I'm going to send the tranny and t.case off to www.sheptrans.com in a couple months!! Untill then i'm turning the boost down and will avoid driving the car as much as possible!!

 

Mike do you still have the brake pads you were selling a while back??

 

Sure do!! I'm in Florida right now but I will be back Monday 02 Dec 06!! The rears are still new in original unopened box and the fronts were used for 30miles and then put back into the original boxes!!

 

Cobb Tuning is closed until 2nd of January....ugh

Yea, I don't own AEM or EcuTek...Christmas was good but Santa didn't bring me the big money!! Do all you guys own your own tuning program?

Dude, we all got flashed by Al last year. With the exception of a few guys who run AEM, and 1 UTEC loner.

If you want someone to tune your car through a reflash you will need Dynoflash, TurboTrix, Vishnu, or Works to fly out and do it.

Otherwise spend the money on a standalone: AEM, Autronics, MoTec, HKS or whatever. Or a piggyback: UTEC, or XEDE. Then you can have Christian or any other "tuner" get 'er done.

In other news, I hear these wheels are hot. 17 x 9 perfect for 255 RA1's

 

The stock rims work just super for 255 RA1's Pretty tires are for street driving, especially if half your car is made of duct-tape

Thanks jid2, I misunderstood the whole tuning thing! From what I've read, AEM is the mac daddy but it costs like $2400 for the whole kit'n'caboodle.
