Utah Evos
My pics are up if anyone cares. Most are pretty gay and out of focus. I really need to get a zoom some day. Anyway...

I like the chick on the right with her ***** popping out...
And yes that is me by the COBB Time Trial car!
And no, I didn't get a tatoo, I fell the day before at work (very stupidly...) and ripped my leg all up.

And the Rotax and Shifters (from what I here) are the sux EvoIV... KT100 is supposed to be more fun because you can touch the kart (you can't mod Rotax at all except a few very minor things) and not get disqualified, plus since they have a little less hp/tq they take a little more driver skill (kinda like a Miata compared to a Maserati/M5/or the similar 5000lb grandma cars with a gagillion hp).
Ya he came down had a real nice car too. Good bunch of guys.
JK Stuff happens. I caught part of the Supra on fire on tape. They were pretty big flames coming out from under the hood it was awesome! JK it really sucks and unfortunate that, that happened to him. Its a good thing that he was carring a fire extinguisher with him. I am going to start carrying one just in case.

Why don't you guys take this on over to http://www.kartsarefor5yearolds.com, the national karting message board...

if anyone cares to offer Parker condolences on his wrecked 06 wagon, or read his story about how the wreck occurred you can visit:

That's why karting rules. It sucks that happened, but its a risk you have every time your car hits the track, no matter how good of a driver you are mechanical failures and the other idiots around you aren't in your control. A kart, from my little bits of research, the most expensive repair unless your lawnmower engine happens to break or the whole kart vaporizes is 220ish dollars for the rear axle. And even if the engine or the whole kart breaks its what, 3 to 6k to buy a whole new one. Don't get me wrong I love tracking my car, and if it wasn't my only car I'd be out there all the time. But having my brakes fail and running into a wall or having some moron ram into the back of me just aren't my cup of tea when I have to get to work the next day in the very same car.
Did this not ever cross your mind before Jake? Ever since my first track day I thought the same things about my Evo. If something happened to it and my insurance would not pay what would I do, since the car was my daily driver. This was one of the reasons I sold it. Not only did I eliminate the car payment and reduce my insurance payment, but I was also able to get two cars. One becomes a daily driver that does not need to be anything special and the second one is a cheaper autox/track car. Now if something happens to that car I am only out a few thousand $'s and some time, heck for the price of some karts you could set up a number of older cars for track duty and snjoy yourself not having to worry as much about the car.
yah i think i might be getting an old porsche 914 from my uncle for a track car (his wife wants it out of their garage) i am just going to strip it, slap on some good tires and suspension and see how it does then go from there as a fun inexpensive project. maybe end up putting some sort of honda motor or sr20 or something in it to make it an awsome project
