Which Zeal coilovers did they have on the works EVO?

 

WORKS/Zeal Function-V6 Proprietary Coilovers. I drove the car with the Teins and the Zeals. The Zeals feel better all around.

A smoother ride than stock with superior handling characteristics... what more could you ask for?

Can you guys at Works atleast tell us what quarter your planing to
release the kit? We can't wait forever with all these other great kits
coming out now. I just really like the idea of your kit being

Here goes.

ATP Turbo said they are ready to ship the kit on monday, the 17th. I spoke to WORKS and they said they are going in for a final round of tuning early next week. If all goes well, then you should be seeing it for sale very soon - hopefully in the next week or two. I have worked something out with them so we can get an official dynosheet posted up very soon.

 

What cams is Works using with their turbo kit? Is it their 269 cams? I'm planning on getting their cams soon. Maybe this is a dumb question, but is there any reason not to get their cams if I'm eventually going to get their turbo kit?

 

Yep, 269 cams with the WORKS turbokit. I think getting the turbo kit with the cams and the water injection will make for a very powerful car.

I was just on Works site, and at the bottom of the products page it
said coming soon Works/ATP turbo kit. So at least their acknowledging
it exists. I should have just enough time to get my exidy twin-disc in
before they release the kit. This summer is going to be fun.

 

I don't think WORKS has ever given an official release date on here or anywhere else that I have seen.

 

well I called them back in FEB and they said next week and next week and next week. I am almost giving up. Dont understand me wrong. I love works but it's just taking to long lol

 

The turbo kit is in it's final stages of tuning. Infact it's being tuned as I post this. It's closer that it's ever been. Expect an annoucement right around the corner.
