do you guys think the RA would also come out in the yellow that the current RAs are sold in?
God, I really hope they won't go with lime green -- the first lime green Photoshop was a not-so-subtle joke, the second bright green was because if you're going to go iridescent, then why not go completely tacky... actually, it was just easiest to do red, green, and blue for iridescent because of the way Photoshop RGB works. Actually, I do think there's a chance of one in Eclipse green, which is a much more subdued green.

Here's my list of colours (and non-colours), in the order I'd think they're likely:

1. red-orange
2. dark gray
3. blue
4. white
5. black
6. yellow
7. silver gray
8. orange
9. eclipse green
10. red

...

824,619. lime green with flecks of magenta
824,620. reflective mirror finish with lime green highlights
824,621. mauve with lime green polka dots
824,622. lime green with flecks of mauve

...

^its all the taxes we get, plus u guys have more demand thus more buying power and lower prices.

as for the dollar, at the moment i dont think it is playing a huge part, infact we should get cheaper(but the dealers are just going to make a larger profit ).
atm 1usd ~ 0.90aud, but we get ours imported from japan...

Here's red-orange and blue -- you'll have to imagine white:

I also like this better, but not sure where you'd find the flat black grille -- the Ralliart has a non-standard front (doesn't match the GTS or the Evo), right?

I dont understand why people think that the option that includes different seats means the base wont have Recaro's. In some pictures you can see the seats have leather accents. It is my speculation that it is an option for LEATHER Recaro's and the base with have cloth like the current base evo X.

That's certainly what they're saying up here in Canada -- Recaros in the base model, and (if there are packages here), better Recaros in the premium package model. However, I think you're wrong about what the premium Recaros would be covered in -- they'll probably be mixed leather/cloth. Isn't that the normal progression for Recaro seats?

Just wait, it gets worse -- if the US actually reopens NAFTA, which means that energy's on the table, then wave goodbye to freely available Canadian oil... and Mexican oil too, I suppose. If that happens, then availability may someday be a bigger issue than price. On the plus side, if your economy crashes hard, then the price of gas will likely go down instead, due to decreased US consumption. So much to look forward to :-)

Hah, aestival.. you make it sound all so... great oddly enough, by the time this car is available at dealerships, the prices for gas are estimated to be up approximately 150%.

Would it be possible to have Recaro's standard and still have a price tag of 25-26k? This seems too good to be true.

My guess is that the base comes with the same seats as the lancer so that mitsubishi can keep the price near that of the wrx.
