For their stage 1 and 2 maps, they also make a 91 octane as well as CA/NV 91 pisstane map that will be appropriate for what you find at the pumps.

Stage 2 with all AMS boltons yielded me 310/321 on 93 octane (Mustang Dyno). Car really woke up. I was ready to sell it right after I bought it... but boy is my faith restored now.

Funny that you ask about the Perrin map, i bought it from perrin and have their stage 1 93 octane map as well.....my gf is in town though, so i just did the quick Cobb flash and will get the perrin map in next week. I've gotta upload it from my computer.
I'll post a detailed review of the differences (butt dyno but better than nothing) to help people make a decision....

To run Cobb Stage 2 map, can we just replace the vaccum tube with a hollow one, instead of pulling out the boost pill?

That's good to know. I have been holding off cause it just seems too good to be true.Originally Posted by HybridKOOP

jus got my AP with perrin stg 1, and i am a very happy customer. I love the
AP's simplicity, and flex ability. My mods are comin, here and there, no rush. Perrin's Stg 1 is a nice kick in the pants. I got my test pipe already, and once i get my down pipe and cat back, it'll take 30 seconds to kick it up to stage 2, and beyond that, down the road i will be ready for an AP Pro tune. ahhhhhh patience patience.

Hey guys,
Since I do not have boost guage, I tried the method by using the AP to read the absolutely air pressure, and subtract 14.7 psi which will be my boost pressure (supposedly!?). So, 14.7 + 23.5(target boost pressure for stg1) = 38.2 psi is the number that I suppose to see. But, 34 psi (19.3 psi boost) is what I had maximum...
Anyway, I know all the performances are different in different areas, because of the weather...etc. But I do suggest everyone to try it in your car and see what number that your car come out. I do want to know is it my car's problem or everyone has the same number?
Thanks

With Cobb St 1 map I peaked at just under 24 and fell to about 17 by redline. Look at my sig for the detailsOriginally Posted by evoyao

So just to clarify. You are currently runing the Cobb Stage 2 map with the AMS intake and no problems? The reason I ask is I've been waiting for the intake specific map, but if you're running the shelf map with the AMS intake the wait is over. Originally Posted by HybridKOOP

Sorry to hear like a noob, but what is "SB" on your list of mods in your signature?
Thanks.

Anyone with the Cobb AP run a tank of gas in econ mode yet? If so I know there are several of us waiting to hear the results.
Looking forward to getting one in the next few months and am curious if it would be benificial for my 45 min commute to work.

I will try it once I drive to South Carolina from Texas. I am curious to see what people say about this.

I currently have the latest Cobb AP firmware and running v101 Stage 1 MR. Under Live Data, there are (1) Abs. Pressure, (2) Barometric Pressure, and (3) Boost Pressure.
The first two works fine for me, but for some reason the Boost Pressure reading is always 0. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Ya, this will be fixed in the next update, according to the person I emailed last time. For now, just use abs. p minus 14.7 to determine the amount of boost!Originally Posted by tsbevo
