I got my flash done back in November when it was warmer out and I know when it got cooler out, I had to turn the boost down a bit. Now is the real test of the flash in frigid condition 18 degrees that feels like 2 degrees.
Should I be worried on getting on the car hard in this kind of temperatures? I know turbo cars like cool but what about frigid cold conditions?
BTW, the car seems to be a little healthier this morning so the temptation of hammering it is high.
Please advise.

That would be at the wheels..... You already have 271 at the crank, those mods mentioned plus a dynoflash would be good for 285-300 as measured by some dynos......

RC51 - why not stop by and we can also make you a cold air tester with the cams ??????
I hear your car is one of the best running Dyno Flashed cars - I still get calls from people who you have taken for test rides who want to duplicate your exact set up !

I just recieved my mail flash back from Al and after a quick test drive I gotta' tell you that it is as awesome as everyone else says it is. The power delivery is so smooth and it pulls like never before on top end. Easily the best power mod I've ever had done to a car.
My car's stock except for a K&N filter and a grounding kit, and I'm running 93.
Al was great to work with and the turn-around time was as promised. I'm looking forward to this spring when DynoFlash visits the Chicago area to have a custom tune done.
I'm another happy customer - thanks Al

Awesome - I just ran out to pick up dinner and on my way back I got rubber in first and second gear, spinning all four for the first time in my Evo. I was on a clear stretch of road at a stop light. I crossed the interesction and then from around 10mph or so I punched it and the tires spun, I backed out of it a bit to hook up completely before running out first. Then I grabbed second and as I fed in the throttle how I normally would pre-DynoFlash, they all broke loose again.
It is damn cold here, around 15-20 or so, but I'm running Yoko AVS Winters and more importantly this was the first time that my Evo has ever spun the tires let alone in first and second.
Figured I'd have to share that cool story with everyone. The mail flash is kick ***

Excellent story, Axis! I had the same experience for the first time this week. The road was dry, but there was a slight amount of salt on pavement (a dusting of it, not solid rocks or anything). I'm sure the salt was the main reason, but it's still a sweet feeling. Rolling start through an intersection, then floored it at around 10mph and both fronts lit up, you can easily then feel the slight delay (<.5 seconds) and the torque transfer to the rear and the rears light up too.
I used to do this on my WRX all the time (MBC and the crappy stock tires). VERY FUN.
This was with Conti Extreme Contact tires, btw.

SOME individual cars really pick up mega power from the through the mail flash - we have seen up to 40 whp
This weekend we tested one stock evo on the dyno - stock was 209 whp with huge, heavy 18" rims - with mail flash he hit 240 whp - and custom tuned it was 258.
BTW - we did one more cold air testing just now - (we do it when it gets super cold - 18 degrees now) - anyway - we are seeing perfect a/f's and mega power with the Dyno Flash in the cold temps

Hey Al, what's the a/f ratio on my car, and with my setup, how much boost can I run with an mbc? I'm the guy with the yellow evo who got flashed in biloxi.

I also set you for a MBC to 20.5 psi peak already
As I told your buddy - nice guy ! - I put in our newest and most advanced ign timing set up which is actually good for some serious boost - just dont go over 20.5 with the stock injectors and fuel pressure !
