That rocks!
Al,
This is the guy from NY with the white Evo that you flashed about a week ago. I had my girl in the front seat. Car feels great. I feel a super clean pull all the way to redline. Definitely worth every penny. Just curious to see what you think my HP is since we only did street tuning. Thanks.

Got my car flashed by Big Al last night. He's here in Cali doing street tune dynoflashes. I'm very impressed w/the product and w/him in general. The car has picked up substantial power and spool up w/his tune. He was also able to smoothen the powerband. All on crappy 91 octane. He was also a great guy to meet. Very knowledgable and enthusiastic.
I can't stop smiling, the dynoflash tune is amazing, now my car revs to 7800 cutoff as smooth as silk and the power just gains as the rpm goes up, and this is on our crapy 91 Cali gas, my friends that have twin turbo porsches are amazed at the high rpm pull, and one more thing Al is a very nice guy, and goes out of his way to tune cars. Also if you sit in the car when he tunes, you will feel much better about pushing your car since he plugs the knocklink, Air/Fuel meter, and timing device that shows you how the car is running and everything is on the safe side.
Thank Al

I had a P2 WORKS reflash and my car was spikin to 26. After seeing that I installed a Hallman Prox MBC to hold the boost at 19 as the flash was supposed. After talking to Al, I decided to have him do his magic since now the WORKS P2 reflash did not do what I expected it to. I went to pruven today. Taka baseline with the WORKS P2 Reflash with my boost set to 19.
al spent about 1 hour tuning my car to just get it PERFECT. The car is entirely a different beast now. This power was made with a 3" Ultimate Racing TB, buschur filter, Hallman Prox MBC set at 20ish. Al thanks again for doing an amazing job.
today's dynoflash
i got Al's services today and i was pretty impressed with result. with buscher intakes, randomtech highflow cat, and turboXS catback. based at 235 whp which turned brought me smiles... then with a simple Al's base ecu (without tweaking) it pumped out 268whp! its nuts... his tweaking just brough it up to 269whp cuz i was near top efficiency i guess..... now i think about it, i coulda saved $150 just getting the mail-in ecu but getting dynoed and seeing the number was a huge experience.... thank you Al, I will surely be coming in for a reflash in the future after a few more mods hehe
Dynoflash Rocks My World
Decided my bone stock evo 8 needed a little pick me up. So after some research I ordered Big Als' Dynoflash through Ninos Accecessories. With the performance car waters becoming more and more crowded I want the Evo to keep its edge. With some instruction from Big Al I got the glove box off, removed plastic cover below ECU, disconnected the 4 wires, unscrewed the 3 bolts and removed ECU. Packed it up in fed-x box and overnighted it. True to his word, Big Al received it and got it out the same day. Next morning I received it and re-installed it in about 5 minutes. Did I notice a difference? How about backing out of the garage. Much smoother and stronger through the low gears. Seems easier to drive around town too. Boost is at your beckon call. It just keeps getting better from there. Not only that, but it was 10 degrees BELOW zero, and it ran perfectly. For a couple hundred bucks Al turned my car into one sick beast. I guaruntee this upgrade would cost ten times that from the factory. I can only imagine what a custom tune from Big Al for ones mods would do. Who knows, maybe I'll evolve to the next level, but for now I couldn't be happier with the Dynoflash. I am grateful Big Al is here for the Evo enthusiast.
The custom tune in my opinion is like rolling a dice. I dont wanna boast but my car was already at its peak efficiency; I got a great dyno with my bolt ons and the off-the-shelf dynoflash. Custom tune is when he reflashs your ecu like the off-the-shelf, but tunes it on the spot for extra power. Unfortunately my car only produced 1whp extra when custom tweaked, so im not sure if it was worth it. Other people saw big difference of like 10 whp compared to just the off-the-shelf ecu. So it really depends on how well you did on your base run (whatever mods you have minus any ecu reflash)
