PATCH: CEL Flash on Loaded Knock
For some reason I can't get this mod to work. Is it possible that this map is using the Evo9base file instead of the version15 definitions or something.
Here's the bottom of my 88590015.xml file and a screenshot of the mod file when I open it. No mods section???

Yes, I already restarted ECU Flash. Made changes while it was closed. Although I dont think I've rebooted the laptop but I wouldnt think that would matter. I'll try it though. I've completely removed ECU Flash and re-installed it and copied the bottom part of the xml to a new definition file and still no Mods section. Also, it's already in developer mode and I've tried advanced as well.

96940011 Tested and works great, bbbbbuuuutttttttt.......
EvoScan has a fit when I try to log now, and when started it makes the car wig out.
Double checked everything, and it's all right. Seems like the ROM when loaded into the ECU makes EvoScan no longer work...
Hmmm.... Any ideas?

I look forward to having this feature! (I have it now on DSMlink and its a great warning) Thank you for doing the hard work on this! Those of us used to this knock warning (likely utec/DSMlink guys) have gotten used to keeping a half eye on the CEL as an early warning system. I was worried about losing this and now I don't have to.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Yeah, the old map works...
What I have been doing, which isn't too bad of a pain in the ****, is to load my old map back in, and use it to tune the car with. Once I am done with my tuning and data logging and am satisfied for the time being, I transfer over all my changed maps to the knock light flash and load it back in until my next tuning session.
Kind of a pain to use one map for the day to day driving (knock light ROM), and then keep transferring back and forth the tuned maps.
I imagine eventually it will be figured out, so I am not really wigging out about it for now. I appreciate all that has been done inregards to the EVO ECU's, so I take what I can get and don't complain.

maybe next week
