Sorry for the delay in releasing 1.1.0 but I keep having good ideas to add functionality. I wanted to modify the auto-updating process that I implemented in this release to be able to also check for just updated car defintions and updated column names without having to reinstall the program. I finished writing the code for this the other day and have been putting it through the ringer testing it. I have streamlined it so that it doesnt interfere with the programs functionality or slow it down. I have seperated the updating process from the rest of the program (on a seperate thread). I hope to test it over the next several days and then release this thing. I know my users have been patiently waiting this release and I hope when it releases that you all arent disappointed at all. I have put a lot of time in this release and its a pretty big update. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that I am still working on this project and still committed to its success.
Keep the faith ... Im still here ... Im working hard on it ... and I will keep you posted.

awesome, it blew somebody's mind that I was able to use this with their AEM EMS on a 40R turbo car the other day while tuning it. I can't tell you how useful this program has been for me. I sure don't miss all of the hassle with DLL and VDR quirks.

This new version is going to be miles ahead of others and even the last release of VD. The auto updating feature helps me be able to push out updates transparently to the users. The user will probably not even notice column updates and car definition updates, unless they look carefully at the list of cars offered when loading a run. I was kind of tired of making people wait till the next release to get their logger supported and car supported. This should alleviate some of those wait times. Its a big undertaking as I want to make sure it is easy for me to push updates out and I want to make sure it works properly for the users. This testing takes a little while. Plus Im studying for one of my certification exams which I have tomorrow. (*crossed fingers*)
8 days is all I lack till graduation then its working ... so it should free up some time to work on stuff a little more. Ive got big plans for the next release too but Im holding off on those features till I get this one pushed out. Ive cut off features being added for now but Im tweaking the update process which is awesome and streamlined as far as Im concerned. I even have it compressing the updates so they are as small of a download as possible. I have also tested it without an internet connection to make sure it didnt croak if you were out on the road without internet service. Everything is working as planned right now. I havent hit a major snag but I want to let it simmer a couple of days while I think about the process to make sure I dont think of a major problem.
Mellon: Thanks for the kind words and comments like that keep me motivated and let me know Im on the right track. Keep pushing out those killer tunes and Ill keep helping ya get there.

I have a Link G4 standalone ecu (www.linkecu.com)
I can convert my log files (*.llg) into CSV files.
I'm using Time, RPM, TPS (and other) columns (boost and AFR unticked).
It's coming up with "E101: Not all columns needed for calculations found."
Could you please help out?
I can send you the logs etc in CSV format with whatever you want in them.
Cheers, Mike

Hey Brad i just thought of a good option to add onto the VD if possible. you know how you have it so you can right click each car/log loaded and manually change smoothing etc on it.. can you make it so we can adjust the opacity also? that way we can use a lower opacity when showing before results on a car and the after results will stick out more.

You are obviously doing something wrong, as all my link g4 logs converted to csv work fine with the program
Send a csv to me and ill run it on my setup see if its your logs
