They also did a 4th gear pull on my car and I have a 5 speed Dan you wouldn't last a second hahah I fear no MMA fighter I would even take on Kimbo Anyway that post was lame hahahha you are becoming a nutswinger now....if we didn't show you enough proof as to what is going on there then I dunno what to tell you.

I asked charlie to adjust my idle for the cams and he didn't know how! What kind of tuner is that? In the end Pete hopped in and lowered my idle but it still wasn't 100 percent it was a quick fix. I think they were ok with installs but the tunning and dyno part was sloppy.

It took them like a week to put in a meth kit! I just don't want to be a guinea pig As for their race car you got to understand that it's not the same setup as buschur....he had a bigger turbo and nos in it then. I think they did good 9.0@164 first run. If you slap a bigger turbo you will be in the 8's.....the driver had no seat time in the car can't fault him. As for puttin it on the website that they run 8's that should not have been done! Dan you suck! lol

If you guys want this thread to remain open, stay on topic!

Drama, external linking, New York freelance tuning advertising, choking poeple unconscious stories all removed.

These guys were trouble from the start, I knew this was going to happen. There was nothing wrong with any of our installs, neither of their cars broke up or had problems making power. It was always a fight for a number and when our tuner Charlie(at the time) said the car was safe, they wanted more and more...

This is what you get for staying late, sometimes 2 a.m on a Friday night to make sure the car was tuned and ready to go...

And Gimmy, you seem to forget you wanted your car to sound like a "race car" after the cam install. I adjusted your idle to make it lope some more, not lower your idle....Please get the facts straight. After I jumped in your car and adjusted the idle settings you had a huge smile on your face when we went out and logged the car. After we came back everything was good to go. Last I checked you were going to come back so I could smooth it out a little more for you because the lopey idle was a little too much for the race car effect...

X-rims is the only car having some trouble getting down the track due to bald tires...go look at all our other tuned evo x's having no problems going low 12's high 11's....We have an evo x MR, going 12.3 with 297whp!!! Give it a rest with X-rims.

The first thread came out about the disaster install that CBRD fixed, but was locked and it became history. Every time I saw DG posting something new I felt like linking to that thread, but anytime you say soemthing you get banned. Most of the people I know who have Evo's know they are crooks so I figured why go out of my way.

There was another thread where there was a big argument about their CF adjusting and it got locked as well.

Mods need to realize these dudes are just criminals taking advantage of people and do something about it.
I'd like to respond to this post.

If a thread is locked, it is not trashed. You can search and see anything you'd like. Threads get locked because they go off topic and become moderation nightmares. This thread alone has taken several mods time, and I have been working on it over an hour this morning. I am staying in it and keeping it on point for the community, so both sides can tell their story.

But then I have to deal with crap like this:
-People bashing another shop/vendor that has nothing to do with the topic
-The OPs new tuner is on here, but is not a shop/authorized vendor. Where does sharing information stop and advertising start?
-Threats, ridiculousness, and people taking trash (27 posts removed)

Want a thread to stay open? Tell your side of the story without bashing, keep stuff on topic. Its really not that tough.

Erkel doesn't have to be a vendor to tune cars. When he came into this thread he wasn't trying to sell any services IMHO. He was stating problems he found with OP and friends car once they left DG.

Do I think Charlie put a **** tune in the car. Hell no.

But the fact remains Erkel found some issues with the car and retuning it found more power and fixed some issues. But its all speculation I guess as you can't post vendor tunes or logs on here. Plus DG will just say hes lying as they don't get along anyway

Does DG deserve all the heat they have been taking on here. Yes and no. I feel they brought most of it on themselves and are gonna have a hard time getting cars in there from reviews on this website

Good Luck to all. I'm glad I do all my own work

Yea you did a temporary fix....your tuner didn't even know how to do that. My car has to be retuned for you to fix it how I want it. So I would have to take another trip back. The work on my cam install was good. The work on lukes evo was horrible! I was there for those late hours. Well see how bad my tune is also this week. I will bet you I get more power safely with the new tune

You knew nothing! You were calling me a friend and you were until that day you were changing cf's in front of us and made me wonder. Why don't you tell everyone that this car https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...ock-turbo.html was on a 1.15 cf and you posted it was .999 or waever...you told me personally. This is the stuff that bothered me and the fake graphs you posted for business.

I was your friend and trusted you but this is my money and my car it's more important. Your father is a great guy too bad it has to be like this. If you were doing it to everyone else then you were doing it to me. You don't need to lie to get business! Great work does it on it's own...When luke contacted you he was just explaining what happened and you turn and say F u to him! This is where we got mad you should of handled it in a professional manner.

the correction factor thing is a big accusation and HORRIBLE if its true, but the long and short of the story is that you went somewhere else when you werent happy and now you are right?

My friend is happy....My tune is this week I will let you know! What I'm not happy is they led us to believe that their dyno reads 15 percent lower then a dynojet when it turns out it is only 6 percent or so. All they kept on saying was there low reading dyno! Meanwhile my torque was 375 on both dynos hahah pretty odd if you ask me where is the change? Erkel has no problem with DG he is finishing where they made mistakes. He is an honest guy and knew him b4 DG he actually introduced me to them. This could go on forever I'm sure the point got across now.

oh man computer cowboys, strike again!, if you have a beef with a shop, why dont you go and talk to them face to face, I just dont get it.

posting so much nonsense, loose claps, lol car wouldnt pass 250hp on a dyno, gapped spark plugs wrong? when was the last time you check your sparkplugs? or even did a boost leak test, before throwing the car on a dyno, these things you need to check before going to any shop. unless you want them to do it for ya and charge you extra...

sorry this thread makes no sense at all, it is going back and forward,

my dad can beat your dad.
