Considering it's September that $250 discount no longer applies so if you compare apples to apples their kit with a ball bearing turbocharger is $3819. Not to mention you'll have to do something about the fan that's in the way they offer a solution for $100 making the kit $3919. I'm assuming this kit comes with hardware since they say it's everything you need, but if not tack on another $100 easy. Also factor in your time getting it all to fit properly, kits like these always always always require small modifications to get them to fit. It has nothing to do with build quality but just that every car is different. You'll spend hours and hours of your time installing a kit like this guaranteed.
Our turbo is $2500 you can add an MV-S to the turbo for $100 at time of order and that price includes the oil line. Since it's factory frame you can reuse your water lines and oil return line. So you will need an intake pipe you can buy ours for $129 bringing the price up to $2729.
Now here's where things get tricky, currently the only options for O2/Downpipes are $500-700 pieces but having someone fab you something up can be done much cheaper. The material needed to make a dump tube and o2 housing can be had for around $125 factor in 2 hours of labor at your favorite fab shop you could have a custom job for as little at $275. So that's a total of $3004 which gives you enough left over to buy our race manifold and hardware kit and still save $465 over the MAP kit which is pretty much as cheap as you can get into a T3 kit without hitting up Ebay.
Nobody said that building race cars was cheap, but if you're going to do a price comparison at least be fair about it. Comparing the cheapest method to the most expensive method is not fair. The beauty of our turbocharger is that you don't need to replace the manifold if you don't want to. Got a nice ported and coated stocker you want to keep? Keep on using it then. If not we do offer a solution that will let you maximize your performance.
Also Buschur has given the ok for these turbos to be used in the stock appearing class at the next shootout.
So just to recap.
MAP Kit w/ BB Turbo and slim line fan - $3919.20
Zero w/ Intake, MV-S, and $700 O2 Solution - $3429
That's $490 less than the T3 option enough left to buy a race manifold and HW kit if you so pleased. Cheaper still if you fab up your own O2 housing solution. Which BTW we're working on a solution for and hope to hit the <$300 target.
So there's a true apples to apples comparison, running the SS housing is still hundreds of dollars cheaper than the lowest cost T3 BB option.

They just put their wed-on downpipe solution and dump tube on the site today, bringing the FP solution down another $450, give or take.
