you are correct, TurboLab did purchased MAP’s equipment to keep making the same Turbos.

And you said your turbo is a 7 blade compressor wheel? I think you may have your turbo mixed up with another as there are no 25G 7 blade compressors on the market. I bet Turbo Lab Built you an EF4 Spec Turbo. Which would make more sense with the power your making.

And as stated above Most 25G’s on evos don’t perform well at all. Most tap out at 475 on e85 from my experience having put a few on different evos built and stock.

I am a hobbiest tuner and tuned a friends 25G to 620 whp at 36 psi had the same set up as me but he spent money on Q16 which I havent on this set up.

Another stock block one I did trapped 128 mph and ran 11.1 on Q16 the one on my car only did 11.3 but I was on pump gas making 500 whp and my driving skills arent as good as my friend on his stock block car.

I wonder if it's a typo.
Right...seems I jinxed myself. Last year it was part of the Holiday sale, so I was waiting for that. At $999 the Green or even the pricey FP54 start making a lot more sense. Their MHI Holiday package offers pretty decent value if going the FP54/Red/Black route but its still $1800 for the JB.

Guess I'll be going the DIY Billet-20G/ported cover route myself (as I have the compressor wheel already)

In 3rd gear and a 2.0L? Even a stock turbo can't do that.

I would think i could duplicate the same run. If you lug it, in any gear, & go WOT, the boost spikes to max setting

3rd gear will be at higher RPM to hit same boost because there is less resistance holding the RPM down. And it also depends on what RPM the run is started at.

Most of us use 3rd gear. 4th gear makes total sense. I hit peak psi almost instantly LOL

OP, I'm curious to know what your AFRs are at idle and WOT.

I have S2s as well and my AFRs are around 11.5 at WOT which is great but when I'm coming to a stop in neutral, it shoots up past 17 until it doesn't read anything.... then after like 3-5 seconds it starts reading high 14/15 at idle. Should I be worried or take a chill pill?

Your sensor must be far down your downpipe. It's normal that when you leave it in gear and coaat to a stop that your injectors stay closed (afr of 17). Then you go into neutral and injectors kick back on and it idles 14.7ish. If your sensor is far away from turbo, the readings are delayed until exhaust gases reach the sensor.

Take 2 chill pills and call me in the morning.

Check your IACV trims. You may need to adjust the BISS. If it wasn't adjusted after the cam install, you definitely need to.

Ah then it makes sense. I recently installed my AFR gauge and connected the sensor to the resonated test pipe. Pretty far from turbo.

I will need to look into this. I have no idea what IACV & BISS are or how to check. Also,I don't know if Baka adjusted it or not after cam install.

Yeah, I just installed by AEM A/F system & when you chop the throttle closed i get the --- reading as well. At WOT, im seeing 11.2 or so (On E85). Still concerned that the AEM guage is still set for Gas vs E85, but most guys say the Gas setting is OK & the low 11's is where you want to be at WOT

Good explanation Don.
Reading the AEM instructions, they wanted the sensor, specifically mounted at 10° above horiz & far down stream on turbo cars (min 36" from the exhaust port). Mounted my sensor here:
