not very exciting when you start having nightmares about it and yes that crimper isn't cheap

Did you take into account the extra length needed for rerouting your wires before you cut them? Just a though I had lol

The bracket that holds the hanger for the muffler is worth about 2-2.5 lbs. Don't have an accurate scale though but it's pretty beefy.

well... nothing to really say about this besides. " why the f#$k is that dirty car part on the counter"--- oh wait thats the wife talking.
The plate is a bunch lighter than the stock rubber and metal piece which used to hold the "stock" harness in place.
enjoy

I will replace bolts with titanium so I can be like evodans anarexic evo ( also might have to beef up the carbon)

mullen --- the crimper is specific to what connector you use..... I am using daniels 180. or af8 for MS connectors.

That bracket is nice and I like the sound of titanium!
Ya i figured, I have been looking for a cheap DMC or alternative so I can start this project as well. Hell I wish some place would rent this tool for the cost of it and when you return it you get your money back lol

Instead of using tape with hand written numbers which can cause mistakes I used electrician labels found at the local hardware store, I even left them on in case I ever need to trouble shoot.

Yup I hate that tape.. I was looking at clip on wire markers, before I shrink wrap everything. If you were able to find those labels at the local store, I will grab some too. . I did however, make a spread sheet, with pin positions and wire colors, that way I can back trace without cutting loom/shrink wrap in the future.

You can get heat shrink tubing you can print on and label makers are cheap.

If somebody trustworth were to buy one and rent it out (with deposit), you could probably make up your money and everybody would be happy.

I'd do it, but I already tried that once before and after 3 months of not getting my fender roller back, I finally just kept the deposit. I came out fine on it, but it was annoying. If you are going to do it, rent it out for a set amount of time and then deduct from their deposit for each rental period after the first. 1 week = $50 for example.
