soooooooo....not to sound too ricer but has anyone weighed the titanium engine bay kits vs stock? figured there would have to be some weight saving there especially if the large bolts were replaced

if you get the valve cover and all the other bits they show in the pics its 30% lighter then stock hardwere. thats what i was told.

im not spending 300+ for a claim that small. but they do look nice.

I bought a full Ti Engine & valve cover bolt kit because I got a real good deal on them but then sold it because I was too lazy to install them! Haha...I have the Fortune Auto Ti Lug Nut kit on my car and they weigh half of what the stock lug nuts weigh...Only bought those because I got a great deal on them too...

StreetThisEvo

what the hell have you got me into. holy crap. i could not sleep knowing i had extra un needed crap in the fuse box/ driver fender harness so i pulled it out.

i have been working on it for a good 2.5 hours. but i feel like i am either removing things i should not be or im not removing what i could.

i am not sure what your fuse box looked like. but i have a few questions if you do not mind helping me out with this.

the 2 relays that have the * ''snow flake like pic'' on them. are they strictly A/C related? i removed both of those relays and also both of the * 30A green fuses. im guessing that's all A/C crap. also i removed the wires that where ABS related.

also that 1 wire that go's to the power steering bump. what is that wire for and do we need it?

i have a few more questions but let me get some pics up.

i am looking at SterrtThisEvo's ''after'' fuse box pic. there is a few he does not have that i do. but on my box it seems to be head light stuff. i am wondering if his car came with the adjustable motor's for the headlights. im guessing thats it.

ok now looking at his box and my box here is what i notice is different.

he has 1 relay left. its the 3rd one in. i have 2. one is the horn ''C'' and the other is ''B'' which looks like a low beam icon. i dont know why he does not have that.

also he does not have the ''6'' 15A blue fuse like i do. it is the same low beam type icon

also he does not have ''9'' 10A red fuse. that icon is what? A/C? im not sure.

o ok. what year is your car? maybe you can see how your box compares to ares before you rip it apart.

my car is a 2003.

does anyone know what that single wire going to the power steering pump is for and if we need it.
