Pin position 21 is the RH head light or as it is refered to in the dealer manual the " RH combination light".

It is called a combo light because it houses the blinker, high beams, fog lights, regular head lights, and parking lights.

#21 The pink wire goes to the yellow on the other side (2nd picture, bottom set of wires, 5th wire from the left. In between the blue and green). That looks good, but the horn #15 yellow to red does not. It goes red to yellow. Very confusing. my car is a 2003. Do you think the connector C-129 could be different on my car?

No its the same connector. I could have reversed Y and R ON accident. Just so everyone knows I was not being specific with the wire coloring order.

I just wanted to give everyone info as to what color connects to what color and what system it affects.

I have done this repair to 3 different Evos already. The first time I did it I mixed up the horn and the right blinker LAWLZ. It was funny I put the key in and the horn would not turn off.

Good luck with your wiring it can be a chore to get your soldering iron in there.

Problem solved. I did the same thing u did. I switched the horn and the blinker. I recommend to all, only do one wire at a time. Don't cut them all and match them after. O and my wiper work too now.

Damn. I'm not having any issues, but after reading this thread I checked my kick panel because I remember noticing water on my left foot at times.

Sure enough, the jackass who owned the car before me PULLED THE DAMN GROMMET OUT! to run a remote wire for an amp.. needless to say, I will be sealing the grommet and taking out the dumbas$ remote wire.

Good luck to those who have to solder under there lol

My problem is my intermittent wiper switch turns on the low wiper. As in, it doesn't delay between wipes.

After looking at the wiring diagram and reading some threads on this forum, I am not sure if this threads "electrical gremlins fix" would be the solution. I do not have a scanner right now to scan the electrical diagram and show what I mean, but I do not see how the intermittent works in the same way as the hi low.

As in, it appears the ECU controls the Wiper Automatic Stop Relay by applying voltage to the transistor and the wiper motor relay is normally in slow mode.

Here are the possible causes that I would consider logical:
  • ECU is not applying the timing correctly and is constantly applying voltage to the Transistor when the INT Wiper switch is on (very, very unlikely)
  • Short from pins 9 and 10 on either C-206-2 or C-206-1 (more possible but these connectors are in the steering column)
  • short from INT switch to LOW switch at the actual switches
Anyway, anyone with electrical know-how, please chime in. Otherwise, I plan on pulling the steering column off next time I get the chance and playing around with it up there.

edit: OK so I looked into this way too much. I just had the INT wiper speed turned all the way up. I do not recall ever doing so but.... I am dumb.
