So we'll still have a EVO battle and Shiv can follow the path that I steered him on a few months ago.

So I'm sorry if I caused any confusion. We've got a very strong group this year (Our entry list is full and so is the waiting list, so please don't send me notes saying we should have company X) and I hope that everyone reads the story which will appear this fall.

"Winning isn't everything, unless your racing!" I can't remember who's quote that is but I have alot of your products on my Evo VIII, even the Buscher Racing logo I stenciled on my fmic. I would very much like to see you kick the s**t out of the competition at any cost. Go get em Dave, treat em bad and call em names. Then, when it's over, be a gentleman and show em how it's done.

Thanks for clearing that up for us Larry, guess that makes Shiv and myself both telling the truth!

From what I am gathering, even if Shiv brings something else, there should be 3 EVO's there including myself, right? I know HKS is bringing theirs as they have varified that with me. One other too right?

The carbon EVO I believe was wrecked. This is a street car competition, that car wouldn't be allowed anyways. HKS is bringing their RS.

This showdown is sounding awesome. I didn't realize it was going to be as big as this. If the field is going to be bigger than a few cars BR absolutely has to go all out or risk being a backmarker.

Since we don't have very many details on the events of the shootout namely the circuit portion of the event I think it'd be cool to see the Mueller guys suspension recommendations. (After the results are in of course) If an Elise is going to be there I'd love to see you guys whip that on a road course. Good luck!

I feel our ace in the hole is the road course. With Robert driving and the suspension set up we are running that is the one portion I really think we will do well at. Have to wait and see.

I hope Vishnu brings their evo. I think it's to their advantage to prove that their cars are reliable after the problems they had. Vishnu vs Buschur vs HKS vs ???. Not scared are you, Vishnu?

I just dyno tuned 20 cars in LA the weekend before last. And another 15 cars this weekend in TX. 30 more next weekend in Georgia. 30 more the following weekend in NJ. And then a dozen or so more in Washington. shortly thereafter. With a several SCCA T2 racecars thrown in there between tuning weekends. Not to mention the 2-3 cars we do per day at our shop. Trust me, we're too busy making cars go fast to be scared

But we're looking forward to the challenge once again, regardless of what we bring.

Wow, I think I'll have to look for that issue on news stands and on C&D TV.

P.S. - Larry, please take some time outta your schedule to read the BMW iDrive owners manual. If you want, send me a copy of it and I'll analyze it and teach you how to use it. Just please let it go when you are talking about it on TV.
