New Bolt in turbo... FP White Rabbit.
Since I am a pump gas guy, that question is better suited for Tym or Robert. Seems like I remember 25psi was a pushing it to the far end of insanity on pump gas in intial testing, but I can't remember to what rpm. I'd also say anyone is a fool to drive around at that pressure on pump... not suggesting that you would...

Based on the info provided by Zeus, 23psi should be no problem at all for the WR ... just make REALLY sure that you have a good tune to go with it before you try to push 23 psi on 93 Octane gas.

I have to pay for a reception and closing costs on a new place. That means no cams and no h20 injection for now. 91 is all I'm running...except for that 100 map

Can you say BOOM?
