Edit previous.

I found the quote on *******, someone just copy and pasted it from EVOm

"This turbo is the Bomb! Thanks to David for another perfect tune the car is a rocket. If I were to use this car as a daily driver this is the only choice for me, instant spool up, crazy USABLE power. 22 psi on pump and this thing's insane. I would say easy 10's on pump and low 10's if not a 9 on race gas on my car."

for anyone that says the 20g-9-from buschur is not worth it is not true, i watch and evo 9 go from 303whp to 345whp from the br20g-9, on california 91 at 22psi. The only change was the 20g.

well worth it.

Hmm well I guess he got the magical 20G then since no one else really makes any additional power from it. Hell, even Buschur said its not worth it if youre just going to run pump gas.

I think the 20G would make a decent difference on the 9's because you can run more boost on pump, thanks to the revised coolant passages. On 100 octane or better, even more of a difference.

I made around 15whp more with the 20G on pump... with a less aggressive tune. I'd say i could have got 20ish out of it without pushing things to far.

The curve was a lot nicer tho.. nice and flat tq/hp Stocker was nice but not near as flat.

DOn't know if it's a BB cartridge, but that would be cool.

Thats true but 40whp on 91? I dunno.

Also, the 2005s should benefit just as much since they are upgrading to the EVO9 compressor housing.

The turbo is not ball bearing, no truth to that rumor.

I'd be glad to test the turbo on pump gas. The problem is the turbo is not on my car to test it at the moment. I am too busy running 9's with the car with our GT35R kit on it BTW, the car made an additional 50 whp today, no telling how fast it is going to go now.

Lots of good things coming out of your camp over there, congrats, and I can't wait to see what the new 20g is going to do.

running 9's should leave you with plenty of time...hell, you're not on the track long enough to be wasting time

i dont really understand. no offense db but obviously this new 20g is in high demand right now. everyone's eyes are on it and you're messing around with a gt35r. that turbo is amazing and everyone is well aware of how amazing it is.

gt35r is old news though. why keep fiddling with it while everyone's in such high anticipation for the new 20g-9-lt? that just doesn't make much sense to me.

you rock and have my support on both turbo's but your 35r is on the shelf and it has proven it self. if people want it, they will buy it.

prove the 20g now. you'll be glad you did.

Not sure why there is so much hype going on. All the new 20g is is a FP Green, which is a non-bb 50 trim in mitsu clothing. It's going to lag considerably more than most people would like.
