Help with PO139 Code

hey guys, i just threw the PO139 code, reading Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (1 of 2), i already have an o2 simulator wired up since i have a test pipe, correctly and blinking, so does this mean the o2 sensor in the front is messed up or what...how can i fix this??.....thanks

I have the same problem. I have the PO138 and PO139 and have cat delete pipe and perrin O2 simulator. O2 simulator is still blinking as well. I searched around and am pretty sure these codes are for the rear o2 sensor so if you find out, I'd like to know too. Good Luck.

Bank 1 O2 sensor is the one by the turbo, if that is bad, you need to replace it.

same problem

I got a EVO8, I just replace 02 sensor after cat for a brand new but im still have same check engine light on. I don't really care about the light, but I do about gas millage. Do any1 know if 15 mpg is ok?.. I just bought the car, and I don't know much about it.
02 sensor is new and I put back the cat. I did the welding and after that I install the 02 new sensor.
Why i keep getting check engine light on?
what is a test pipe??
if my AIR fuel mixture gage is not install correctly do that matters?
I just got 1 install but it doesn't read right.. I can tell. Just go back and forward 4 no reason.
please help
thank u all
