JUN cams are popular no? I would have thought you would test them. Maybe next time.

We are the largest Kelford dealer in the USA. He got them from us. We also tuned the car.

Great thread. Is there a reason Cosworth isn't being tested?

I understand why this test wasn't done on a stock turbo/head car, but I wish the results would be the same, haha. I guess they would, but the results are just exagerated from what you would actually see.

Now everyone has the same questions. Kelford vs. Cosworth vs. Jun vs. (other non-tested cams)

AMAZING test though by AMS. For anyone looking for cams, they tested 12 of the biggest name ones out there with easily understandable results about them.

Scanner to the rescue. 100 KB limit boo. PNG yay. These graphs are small in the magazine so they don't look great even there. From August issue:

Seems like for the GSC S2's and Kelford 272s you really need to rev higher than stock to get the full potential. If you're staying with the stock rev limiter it looks like S1s, HKS 272 and maybe the Cosworth M1s would be best...? Not sure on the Cosworth cams.

Looks to me like if you were going to stick with the stock rev limit and about 22 psi, the GSC S2 would be about the best. Their power between 5000 and 7000 rpm is as good or better than any of the rest. Right at 6000 rpm and 22psi they make 400 hp which is more than any other cam in there except the tomei.
You know what though, the GSC S3, FP5R, and Tomei solid lifter cams haven't been put in the magazine yet. September issue I guess. So I don't see any graphs vs rpm for those cams. No worries, Sept issue should be out in a few days. This is June isn't it?
