9sec9/OKIX's EVO, ROUND TWO!
I dont know if boost was adjusted or not but my cars in the boost with MBCs tend to lose a lb or to from the road the dyno.
Very nice results!
Thanks for testing guys! I truly look forward to each and everything David tests. It's one of the main things that brings me to the board now days! I can't thank you enough David for the honest information you put out there.
I've kept my stock setup around all this time, maybe I'll add a red to it one day and go sleeper for fun
I wasn't thinking a red would ever come to light...

I think Davids car was even closer than that on Switzer's dyno. My own observation is if the numbers are that close, then you would assume that another car making reasonably the same numbers on another Dynojet would run in the same ballpark as far as et/mph. It never happens. I think Switzer numbers, for whatever reason seem to be closer to Davids dyno than other Dynojets. I know, I know, subjective. Moving on.
The heat was a major factor today. Even Trents car was down 37 whp today on David's dyno. The heat, 111 degrees intake, and the humidity, had to be 80%+, would make a lot of difference in todays numbers vs even an average day. With what we've learned, the car could have as much as 20-25 whp left in it. On a good day, it should make 565-570 on the Buschur Racing Dyno.

David and Tom thanks for including me on this journey it has been one hell of a ride the last month with all the planning and construction of parts. It was well worth it. I will get with David in the morning and come up with the final manifolds to be offered and that will be it for this year. Thanks everyone for your support, it's time to move on. Indy

Thanks Scorke. I just wish the temps had been better, but we don't get to pick the weather. Man was it a biotch in there today.
. That's a little more than a 50 trim no? I'm saving my pennies already for the RED! I can't wait. Then when I'm done with that I'll be sending my car to you Mr.Buschur for one of those sweet shortblocks
No. No water/meth. Pump is still on and tank, etc, but we've reached our power goals and I'm not going to push anymore out of it, unless it's found in the tune. There are still a few changes we'll be making that will increase power, but the motor did very well in the heat and poor air, so we should have enough power to reach our et/mph goals. We'll continue to test other parts of our setup, such as our Swift Springs need to be dialed in and a few other things.
will be interesting to see what the red will do on standard/ported stocker intake. 20psi@4100rpm is straying a bit far from stock like spool. on the good side it will probably pair much better with a stroker now
. or for you guys with lots of money do really well with a ball bearing catridge conversion
