I was thinking of selling mine too but I want to see what it makes on your car first then we got to do some pulls if you know what I mean lol. Only thing that's holding me back is I think in the next 6-8 months I might have built hta35r or gt850 decisions decisions...

One benefit for you guys who already have an HTA30xxR turbo kit (and are thinking about going with an FP Red instead) is that you should be able to upgrade to an HTA35R by simply changing out the turbo. The rest of your kit should remain in tact. I wouldn't look at it as a waste of money at all.

Hi folks

I have currently stock EVO8 with 10.5 hotside in SAAB 2.3T engine.
(fp 18psi actuator, piped exhaust manifold and special downpipe of cource)
Currently using 630cc siemens injectors.
I have now ~400bhp, boost pressure is 23.2 psi.

Now it is time to upgrade and choice is between green and red.

So any 2.3 "stroker EVO" plan to put RED? That would help my dechision,
Max boost for me is 28 PSI, limit of 3bar MAP.
Specially RPM range 3500...6500 is intresting.

My friend did 500+ bhp with GT3071, So there is big excptations of that evo RED

i bet the hta3076 will still make more power than the red.

if i were you i wouldnt jump the gun, wait for the red to be installed on a "real" car first

Robert, Looks like a huge hit on your hands. Thanks so much for letting us be involved in a small way to you and your product, but a large way to us and our car. We appreciate Forced Performance and your support. Yes, folks, the RED is the real deal.

Here's a pic of a 'proof' raw casting just popped out of the mold, unmachined. It isn't much smaller than a 35R.

Trust me it's not a waste of money at all and the hta35r will bolt right up to my kit and that's the main reason I don't think I will sell it. I for one I love this kit and two I think the hta30r will make more power up top. We will see but for now I'll stick with my HTA30r

^^i think a hta30r well def make more power on the top end but hopefully the red well spool faster and you never no with the right parts cams, etc, etc the red could hold its own up top
