i saw on page 2 that someone said that the difference between a 6 speed and 5 speed evo, besides the gearing, is reliability? i'm assuming that the 5 speed is more reliable if you are adding more power? is this true cause i have a rs and i got the 5 speed.

My friend has a VERY similar setup as you do, and he makes 414whp/377wtq @ 27psi on a dynojet.. I think what boost you want to run will ultimately be the deciding factor on how much "power" you'll make.

--keep in mind, this is on e85..

It depends on how much boost you plan to run. Given that you will be using e85 you can run close to 30lbs safely with a good tune and should be around 370awhp on a dynojet. A lot of people are making ~400hp/400tq on the stock turbo on e85. If you want to be there I would recommend an upgraded LICP and o2 housing. Also I imagine you forget to mention it but you will need an upgraded fuel pump.

Well you may make over 400. Honestly no offense but these threads are kind of silly because every car and every dyno is different. Is the number really that important?

Some will make more than you with less mods and vice versa. Your parts list is decent, although you have some unnecessary mods such as a fuel rail and fpr. Also the UICP as well as BOV arent needed and will not do anything for you. What FMIC do you have?

If I were you before I got the car tuned I would throw on an o2 housing and LICP as they provide pretty good bang for your buck and are considered a standard basic bolt on.

Ok sweet thanks for info and ur saying FPR isn't needed dosnt keep sufficient fuel pressure in fuel rail to feed to injectors
