Have you ever driven your car and had the turbo surge at about 50% throttle. Even thought the turbo is still in boost the BOV open due to an unequal amount of pressure on the top an bottom. Ex there can be 15 psi out of the turbo but there is only about 11 hitting the manifold where the vacuum line are hooked up.
Dude! I had no idea you guys were going for the gold!
Good luck. I know Emery has lots of knowledge he picked up from building the fastest/quickest stock block Evo EVAR. I'd definitely feel comfortable with my car in his shop's capable hands.
Keep the pictures coming!

Yes at 50% throttle you will not be the same pressure in the BOV hat and at the bottom of it. However, With the throttle wide open this should not happen.
I'm not saying I know everything and I will be the first to admit that. Nothing seems to work the same on paper as it does in the real world but I can't see this happening as long as it is installed correctly. We will all have a chance to see what happens soon enough on video.

I doubt it. I know it could probably have gone a bit faster but the truth is it didn't so I would be bench racing saying it.

A few more parts are starting to come in and get installed. This thing should be on the dyno very soon.
Here's a few comparison pictures of the stock underbrace vs the Buschur brace:

10 pounds vs 4 pounds... and it's a lot shinier too
