i wonder why Fp don't engineer in the areas we all port in to their castings will save them material and make the turbo even better. dam even charge more for it.

The exhaust side of the red and black are both from the stock evo 10.5 housing. The only thing they change is bore the turbine outlet to fit the new wheel. So even thought these are fantastic turbos, there is room for small improvements.

 

Ryu, what does Judge charge to port the hotside? if you don't post it here, feel free to pm me if you don't mind.

 

I believe $100 which is very comparable to what every other company charges. As you can see Judge Racing also does far more to the hotside then FP or BR in terms of how far they port the runners. My BR ported FP Red was no where near as wide open as the competitors porting.

 

Are you still using the nitrous to accomplish this?

 

I have never used nitrous on this car or any other vehicle I have ever owned.

 

Thats odd I thought you ran 10.8 with nitrous.

 

Absolutely not and I do not appreciate any false rumors being spread. The only thing I am injecting is 100% methanol.

What relevance does someone else's vehicle have to do with me? Again I DO NOT appreciate you trying to insinuate I have used any additional power adders when I have not. My car has been checked over by many friends and strangers who respect my car and my build all over Florida. I have plenty of people to vouch that you are completely incorrect in your assumption that I have ever used nitrous.

I dont think it was ryu's car but it sure was one of ttp's cars. Probably scotts car.
