Correct normal driving conditions it doesnt rattle. My rattle occurs usually at idle.
Let us know if it progresses over time.
In my case it rattled a lot in the beginning but my friend applied pressure on the plate at an open angle, possibly bending it a little and it rattles less frequently now.
One thing I noticed is that you do have the valve pointing down (opens by pushing up) and I have it installed opposite point up (opens with the plate pushing down).
Maybe I'll try attaching it that way and see if it makes a difference.

This time of year its hard to get even my personal car on the dyno we're so booked lol.
Well so far still rattling even upside down. But it doesnt rattle during cold start up like it did before.
Its kind of annoying sound when it rattles. Although I dont really hear it in my car windows up. I do hear it passing between cars or closed spaces. On the good side it mostly happens during the initial take off.

Well I bought it from Jegs. So i just filled out a return/exhange form. So I'm gonna send it out tomorrow and hopefully the new one wont rattle.
Since the smaller displacement one rattles to I'm gonna return that one next after I receive this one for possible store credit or exhange for another larger displacement version.
Only thing that sucks is I painted the muffler, but hopefully that doesn't void anything.
