No, you need the dry film Moly. If you cant get it shipped to you, you may need to send you throttle body over here to someone like Mil.Spec to have it redone.
For those doing this yourself and struggling with getting the new seals in without damaging them I used the shaft it's self to align and tap in the seal on the side that isn't recessed.
For the other side I made this out of a pic with some tape to the right thickness to alighn it and tap it in. It takes a decent bit of force.
Found the dry moly film at a grainger that was down the street from me.
