EVO 11.5 Hotside, anybody try it?
Want to pay for the parts I bought to test too? Didn't think so. Anyways more likely I will not put the intake on b/c of time. Btw your couple post have had nothing good to add to this thread. Good day sir...
Well, I can understand the money aspect of it, thats why I do everything myself.
But, why make posts about something you will buy and create 18 pages of thread, getting people excited for results, and then really have nothing to show for it. I thought this thread was for the performance of this turbine housing not this turbine housing plus other parts plus a new tune plus more boost or whatever.
Sorry for coming off like a douche. But, the point i'm trying to bring here stays the same.

It was just a did anyone try it yet thing. I had anticipated on trying this housing on my ix turbo but honestly for peanuts over the rebuild I'm gonna have a 71hta most likely. Really waiting to hear from fp. my goal was to test the fap and 11.5 on a 16 gc compressor ix turbo. I could still end up with the 16 gc setup

Ive never had anyone get so upset about a comment i made about "maybe" installing my intake manifold before. I'm not going to waste any more breath on this. Please stay on topic as this isn't my thread.

I think this hotside is basically the same as a ported 10.5 hotside, time will tell but we need a actual back to back against a PORTED stock 10.5 hotside not a stock non ported against this 11.5 piece.

.....Or sometimes things happen. Look at me for example. I had setup to do some product testing and started threads on here. I got all the parts ready to install and what not, then.... BOOM!. Engine blows on the track. OP is trying to post his experience from his baseline to his after and share that info with everyone. If you want something specific dont complain to OP-- buy your own parts, install them, test them, and share them with us then if you wish.
