Im sure someone else will confirm, but to save you the hassle of finding out yourself, I'm pretty sure the turbine wheel won't fit the standard 10.5 housing

Hey guys. I have an Evo 7 with stock motor and I am considering TD06-20G or TD06-25G. Normal cover or Anti surge? I am not sure which should I choose for my DD Evo.

Also I wish to know how to repair possible problem with WG. What is the problem with it? Too thin material of flapper or something else?

Sad to see these fall so short of the mark; the price is really right.

Plenty of then running reliably for quite some time and making expensive turbo power, so if you have a point from personal experience why not make it, right ?

I would say that everyone needing extensive work to get this to make boost is pretty suspect. Between new springs in the wastegate to having to cut and reweld the arm and that not being correcting it every time, that's a large red flag. And running an external in place of the 02 dump is pretty fantastical.

Have the cover crack/burn through/fail in any way is pretty frightening.

Spool is slow (looking at where these make 300wtq, the boost curve is even worse).

Peak power is nothing out of this world either.

Now, before you say anything about me being poisoned against the brand, know that I am looking HARD at buying a Kinugawa turbo for my personal subaru. Different platform, different goals, different turbo.

just seen the vid Tom Stout! great numbers man. I responded too the vid with a few questions but found the answer too one of them. seems those were on 34psi pulls. my othef question was which turbine wheel and housing were u using? the SL2r or 06HR? also, what compressor wheel are u using? cast, billet, dual 5 or 6 bladed?

I had posted my results I had made a few pages back. I have still yet too do anything new too the car :-( but soon ill have her out again. It seems you are the dyno king with the most outta these turbos along with VIII Driver and myself right behind you. im plenty happy with what I made a couple months ago. ahit, for auch moderate boost and tune unfinished, 527@23 psi isnt bad in my book. I am in a fwd car so I understand theres that advantage there but for what it is, ima happy camper lol
