60-1 wheels is not same as 25g.
25g = 60.2/78mm
60-1= 59/76mm

I would think the 60-1 is a much better choice to mate to the 6SL2 exhaust wheel. why did you stop at 25psi?

I'm going to assume he was out of fuel.

With a walbro 450 and fic 1250 I'm at 98% idc in evoscan at 32#. That netted me 575/434 on e85

Need more fuel. I am also going to get head studs and build the head before turning it up all the way. It pulls really hard for what it is, I am happy with it.

Damaged wheel?? does have fair b it of play is that normal beforte oil pressure is built up? alot more play then std evo turbos.

The wg are notourious for underperforming.
My 2 bar Never ever hit 2 bars.
I'd suggest swapping out the kinugawa wg with maybe a forge or forced performance waste gate.

Have you tried running the actuator with no boost source to it just to check if it will give you more boost? how about preloading the wg actuator arm?

Had turbo off today and it appears that the flapper is not sealing properly i can press it down and move sideward by hand only slughtly but enough to create issues id say also theres fair bit of play thrust as can prettymuch make the wheel hit housing, so will get a kinugawa rebuild kit and maybe use my standard exhaust housing?
