Hmm. I'm betting The spring in your Waste gate is too soft and the exhaust gases are pushing the wastegate flapper open

maybe... but we blow to actuator and spring in them real 2.0 bar. on boost off i have only 1.2 bar, but must 2.0

You must be leaking exhaust around the flapper then. Are you using a divided o2 housing?

checked, no leaks. invidia o2 housing.

Haha. I'm out of opinions then. My setup runs just fine. Viiidriver ran the same setup with no issues as well

I'm on stock cams, exhaust mani, and tb for now. Also this is on pump gas.

I have the td06 25g, billet wheel, 10.5, light port and polish.

I haven't forgotten about you guys, been busy tuning locally and traveling for tuning, i still have a video i have to post for you to enjoy, my customer that bought my turbo on the dyno!, i will only say that he cleared 500 hp easy i will post it soon. Tom's car was nice to tune , pulls hard even on pump, can't wait to finish his tune on E85 and put that thing on a Dyno !

recorded the last several logs with preload adjuster +5 full 360" from zero preload, just to make sure... i think, my turbo maxed out. There is no big difference if preload adjuester fully screwed or not. max airflow 350 g/s.



guys, when you buy your turbo? i'm in sep 2012. maybe i have some old version of billet wheel or smth like this

Put a stiffer spring in there. If you really wanted to see if you could boost more. You could zip tie the waste gate arm shut and do a pull

It sounds crazy but that's the only way I know that you could check it.
