Kinugawa 25g turbo thread
Had the turbo shop check the balancing and bore out the catridge for the bigger wheel. Put it all together last night. Everything fit perfect! Great Turbo components! I still need to change to the 25psi wastegate spring I have and do the port/polish. When the build is finished I will post some mustang dyno numbers. Do mustang dynos read low?

They generally read low but it all depends on how it's set up, you can set up a Mustang Dyno to read however you want, which is the reason why some people don't trust Mustang Dyno numbers.
It's just numbers anyhow.. the real numbers are at the track.
I'm a bit confused on your build. Did you take a 9 turbo and have it fitted for the 25g wheel and compressor cover?

hi, guys!
kinugawa sent me new version of actuator and it have some difference with my old actuator
1. preload adjuster much longer
2. actuator body inner skirt deeper for better diaphragm pressing
3. bigger diaphragm
4. actuator body shorter
5. arm is bent more

but! look at #2 photo ... i needed shave 0.7mm because cap not pressing diaphragm!
and it's new factory billet thing!

forged 2.0 bottom, stock cams, stock airbox, stock ex and in manifold, short ets intake, fic 1100, walbro 255l
actuator preload in maxium, arm move near 3mm! 2 bar actuator spring.
12psi on 4k rpm, max only 26psi on fullboost(100% wgdc in all area) and 19psi on boost off.
too late spool and too low boost
system checked on any boost leaks twice.
350 g/s aiflow = 46 lbs/min. it's too low for td06 25g with billet wheel, 11.5cm hot housing

^^ I'm having same issues. I'm like 23 psi at 5.5k rpm and same liek 15psi at 4k rpm. Spools soo slow and I tightened my wastegate downt o the last thread. I checked no more boost leaks either. IDK what to do anymore.
With putting a 2 bar spring and a few more smaller springs inside to help I could hit 32#. But that is without having any sort of control over my boost.
You guys could try removing the nut from the waste gate arm and trimming a few threads off. That way you could get even more preload.
My issue with it is that the exhaust pulses were so strong that they were pushing the waste gate flapper open at 32 psi.
My solution was to use an external waste gate in conjunction with the internal. Works perfectly. Hits 30# and holds it to redline. I can also hit 34 for my e85 tune.

preload adujster +5 full 360" from zero preload = 350 g/s airflow,
max preload with removed nut >>>same 350 g/s airflow, but +0.1 bar boost on top
btw, 2.0 bar spring is realy 2.0 bar. blowing with compressor open gate on 2+ bar pressure
