I emailed them yesterday and asked if the 8cm housing (i ordered the 10cm) was in stock in california and could be overnight shipped to receive on friday. They said it was not in stock in california but they could overnight it to me from taiwan for $50. I paid $40.10 to ship this **** and have it not get to me on time. Knowing that they made a mistake why not contact me and let me know and give me the option to pay the extra $9.90 and receive my item on time? Or better yet pay the difference abd eat the cost as a good business decision and keep a customer instead of lose one

That's no fun man. They're idiots, I called them to and gave them a bunch of part numbers to look if they have in stock. They tell me they don't, on ebay they're in stock from cali LOL... Idk. w/e though. If I have to I'll go there in person and I know I'll find someone there to help me. That's one thing I got over you is that they're local to me LMFAO.

hey, just want too add a lil too this thread

its been a while since ive posted on here as ive been plwnty busy with work, other builds and stuck with family the majority of my free time...anyways, cars recently went under the knife (NSRT4) and I changed my mind and took my buikd another route..

bottomend still consists of 9:1cr pistons, but went with arias instead of the wisecos just for personal preference. Still am using bc pro rods which come already with aged 625 rod bolts, I had the crank ion treated this time and had these pistons coated (compliments of Darrell *** Racing for this along with an ion treated crank ;-), and also chamged a couple other things here and there in the block like deleting the oil squirters, maching and matching the bed plate for a strap kit (crank griddle) and also had mopar rod bearings and mains custom coated for DCR as well...

head was also chamged. Nothing against All Motor Mike, the head he had built me was awesome and great, but decided too slap on one of my Race Ported heads and sell his too a foeum member who was a tually gonna use it for much bigger numbers than im after (800+whp) but, my hand ported head still nonetheless is beastly, but is retaining stock valves with a 5angle valve job, angle milled deck, and bc dual spring and retainers ;-)..car is still using the crower stage 3's and for sealing, im using a dcr 5layer head gasket with DCR's H11 headstud kit..

there was no corners cut here in this build. I buikt this car too help make big numbers using my stage3 manifold/custom billet 25G TD06h4r turbo in my old forced performance ball bearing hta reds cartridge and am hooing too make somewhere around 700whp when its all said and done with a bunch of boost. not 30psi kinda boost, im talking somewhere along 42-44psi kinda boost..

so, as it follows, mods are:

.02 over Arias 9:1 pistons, bc pro rods, strapped block, ion treated and balanced crank/rotated too withstand rpms of up too 10k, billet tone wheel, billet oil gear, larver oil pickup tubes and baffling tray, my race ported head, stock val es serdi cut and grinded for 5angled valve job, bc springs and retainers, dcr topend oil modifier, custom modded lash adjusters and 2.7 followers for exquisite and precise oil too cam lubrication, rower stage3cams with adjustable cam gears, race port too finish it off, custom ball bearing billet 25G clipped TD06h4r turbine wheel/Stage 3manifold, full 3.5in exhaust, fuel mods are still the same. Fic 2150s, two bosch 044s, custom fuel return line kit, all -8an lines and omni power 4bars scaled with diablo sports predator software

mod list is extensive, but I did this just for this kinda turbo too see how far I actually can get it..ive made over 500whp with a 20G TD06SL2R evo9 turbo alreadu on this manifold (10cm^2) and kno with a bigger turbo, id be able too make some big power

anyways, enough jibber jabbing as im sure most of u are already familiar with me and this car but I just recently started playing with her on the rollers with the new turbo, and I must say, im impressed ;-)

@23ish psi dropping too 21psi do too a boost leak, e85, bunk *** unfinished tune with **** for timing; I was able too make an astonishing 527whp and 480wtq! afrs were lean as ****, due too my intank 044 pre filter getting kinked as my pre filter isnt dire tly off the pumo but on about a foot of line pre pump so it sits submerged in fuel at all times..anyways, after dropping the tank, I found the line too be kinked in a crevice that my fuel tank has so that explained why after trying too add fuel, nothing was happening so the inline was pretty much doing all the work..I kno we coulda went further, but just felt id come back with this issue addressed on another day as I was tired already and the wifey wanted too leave but anyways..

ima post the dyno sheet with all 3runs on the graph too show how that beautiful powerband looks :-). 4th gear pull, from 50mph-150mph (3k-8k)..have yet too drive her as ive been lazy too mess with her and continue shooting for the stars, but I haveta say, this turbo packs a powerful punch and I think I ha e a good chance with the booost pressures I plan too run and make 700whp! maybe even more, who knows, but for now, on such moderate boost, thimgs a raped ape lmao

soon, when I take care of all the lil kinks in the car, ill be back on the rollers too finish this thing and continue dialing her in :-)

Yeah. My turbine housing finally got here tuesday. Bruce sucks. He won't even return my emails any more. The girl who answers the phone at kamak was very nice and tried to help the best she could.

Install is tomorrow!!!!!

can the stock evo 9 -10.5t exhaust housing fit on the 25g-td06sl2r CHRA sold by kinugawa or does it have to be machined to fit the bigger turbine wheel? im looking for the cheapest solution to get this turbo because import duties are very high in my country.

I will not fit without machinning, the TDO6SL wheel is bigger than the TDO5.

I know this is the evo forum but, I just had to put this here. Finished the built motor swap with cams/valvespring install. Found out i had a huge exhaust leak from manifold to turbo. Along with 0 preload on wastegate. Thank god I paid my tuner to come out here and check it all for me etc. I just bought some new axles and should be installed tomorrow. I will give a new impression on the 25g since I believe it is all better now. Plus, who would know that the car would sound so much beefier with cams!

I would have the car 100% complete and tuned and a video for you guys.. if I could figure out my nightmare. Horrible bucking, hesitiation, at low rpms on slow take off up to around 2500k rpms then it gets better and i barely feel any if any hesitation. The ecu map is 100% not to blame. new spoolinup cop kit. new spark plugs pregapped to 0.26 tried the working ngk's had on the car before. Fuel pressure good.. No boost leaks or any leaks at the new injectors. Injectors scaled properly. I tried taking closed loop out of the equation and didn't help. TPS seems to be working properly however I am going to check the voltage tomorrow just in case. Not throwing any codes other than the p0090 and another egr code since i just got rid of that stuff. The tune is actually really close should have NO problem with that. Hmm no leaks of any kind. Timing is dead on for sure. Let's see we also checked battery voltage 100% good all the time hence the alternator is good. It is brand new. It's late but we have checked many a things. the hesitation is so bad afr's all of a sudden fluctuate to where they drop off the charts and no reading from the wideband.then if i can get it to accelerate by adding gas pedal and then get it up in the rpms it seems to run great. any ideas? i could go on with what we have tried but i appreciate any ideas.. thanks! I want to prove this turbo can hit a 10 second quarter mile!
