EDIT
After messing around forever today trying to find Part #'s for the items I needed; I stumbled upon this website. It is in Russian, so you'll need to translate it via google chrome translator or somehow.
http://mitsubishi-motors.kiev.ua/1/#
Find your body platform. For my 2006 EVO IX, it is CT9A. Click it, And then click on the link for your model EVO (GSR, MR, SE, etc). After that, you should be able to go from there.
Say you want an oil drain plug gasket, you go to the box that says ENGINE and click it. You then find what part of the engine you want. In this case, oil pan. You'll see a blown up diagram of the parts and they will be labeled with a 5 digit number. You click that, and it'll give you part #'s which you can cross reference with a OEM Mitsubishi parts website like www.oemmitsubishiparts.com for a price.
PM If you have any questions. Hope it helps!

Or you could just use mitsubishiparts.net which is same thing only already in English and based out of Washington so if you're like me and have no dealership in the state you can order from them. If you do have a local dealership just find the part, get part number and take it down to dealership.
So looking for all the part numbers for an Evo IX for the front and rear doors. the plastics so the for the window buttons but dont' need the buttons the inside of the door pulls but don't need the door handles and teh door pull in the arm rest. Also will need the little covers and the hardware so if anyone has those numbers would be really helpful. Hard to explain what those parts are for some reason ..
