I may give this a shot too. I dunno about turning it all the way, maybe a few turns will be good.

 

Go hard or go home, turn it in all the way, if you get scared with your new found speed let off the gas !!! It takes 5 min to adjust, just leave your heatshield off until your done adjusting it. Cheers.

 

I dont have the bigger MAF pipe on my car like you do, just worried the car may not run right if i turn it all the way.

When should we be expecting those dyno results? Status on AFR boost and total power. Great find by the way.

 

sorry, guys, if you look in my intake thread,

there are pulls with a mbc set to 21psi, one turn on the actuator, and a kn air filter... big gains over stock.

Interesting gains. I have no clue what the hell I am supposed to turn and change but there is no way in hell anyone is making me run 27psi like Xcited on a new EVO. That sounds dangerous as hell. Can anyone do a picture step by step, **** I would if I knew what the hell to do lol. The boost gauge and MBC I am guessing is a must or at least a good idea to have. How do some of you know what the hell is going on with your engine and turbo when you do this?

Bump, I really want to know how to do this and what the effects are. Is the MBC a big part of the gains or is it the tightening of the actuator rod on the WG? I am curious to what is going on.
