I would take it to the dealer and let them quote me over the actual value of the car, Then Tell them to suck a railroad spike.

I ripped the tcase apart and it onl looks like the rubber orings and axle seal needsto be replaced. Clutch disk, bearings and gears look brand new lol. Im to busy and got some personal **** going on with the ol lady, to deal with thecar right now so it will be awhile until i can get her up and running.
