no it will not since there is no cat on it or anything and that o2 sensor just monitors pre-cat emissions

I talked to Touge Factory who sells this downpipe and test pipe and he said it will throw a cel. They do sell a cel fix that is an elbow that you screw into the dp then screw in the o2. It spaces the o2 away from the pipe which is the cel fix. Now i'm not sure If I need the spacer because both JoeyM3 and CmakEVOX are not having the problem???? Is there anyone who has this DP????

hey bro you will throw a code if you test pipe does not come with the cel fix.. so you will get a code period.. if you are just installing the dp then you won't throw a code... hope i that clear some confusion

i had thier test pipe and it did not fit right .. i also did not that the part the oem mount goes to is a hole that gets sealed by the bolt that is used for the mount. in my case i just had to put the screw in the hole on the test pipe,as it did not line up with the oem mount.i wound up buying an ams test pipe... the cel fix worked, but the test pipe is poop

the cel fix is for the test pipe, i also bought the touge factory one becuase mine threw 2 cel's with the conventional cel fix, when it didn't have any problems before. but the dp like i said does not throw a cel, a test pipe will if you do not run the cel fix

Cool man thanks for the info yeah I'm just installing the downpipe but for some reason Touge Factory who sells these downpipes said it will throw a code. I'm not sure why it would except the air flow will be increased. Why would he say it would if it won't??? Maybe becasue he sells the fix? Its just an elbow that moves the sensor away from the pipe and allows less air to be passed to the sensor.

Do you have this downpipe? Why do others with the X that have change the DP say it won't? I am not replacing the exhaust with a test pipe. This is the pipe from the back of the turbo.
