If you look closely at the new Lancer pics, the dash cluster hood is a twin gauge hood like the oulanders.. since evo's generally tend to share the lancers interiors, well... VOILA.. that interior looks about right for the 07 X n the 07 Lancers.

That stereo looks like a piece of junk..... but the DVD nav screen looks nicer... Not too much of a difference, I think I could live with it.

I think they look of the same quality. If i didn't know, I wouldnt be able to tell which car is newer just by looking.

i dont like how the headunit is integrated into the dash... that means harder to get an aftermarket unit in there... and a quality stereo is the most important thing when im looking at cars.... if its already quality or has potential.

a centergauge ontop of the steering wheel hub will work out well since it will only block a little of that center screen.... good for boost or wideband..

a/c controls are nice and out of the way...

and that big cubby below the a/c... if that had a sliding door or something to keep it fluid since the whole dash is bubbly

the only thing i wish i had and am currently trying to integrate is one touch up and down for all of the windows... ya might think its stupid... but i had it one my last car (2004 audi a4) and wow its such a nice luxury... lol k now flame (*******s)

lol

Cheers!

That interior although not refined, looks way more refined then our current interior setup in my opinion.
