1st off that's a concept evo x...you can bet that the interior will not look like that in final design! neither will the seat's! i imagine that the car will be available in 5 or 6 speed!... much will be diffrent.. personally i like the overall look of the car. i remember when the evo 7 was designed and everyone was in a uproar cause it strayed away from the evo 5, 6 overall design, people called it to agressive! moral of the story here is, give it a chance, it'll grow on ya... the only real downer is that they are not using the 4g63 engine platform=(.. it'll take the aftermarket a long time to catch up=(
Obviously this is all speculation but does anyone know if this SMG/DSG gear box will have launch control like the BMWs and Lambos? With BMW's its like left-left-right-right-up-down-A-B-A-B and plant the gas and brake...the rpms go to 5k (or whatever rpm) and once the brake is released then the computer drops the clutch and away you go.
I don't care what it looks like as long as it's lighter and faster. I'm just glad that Mitsu has enough change in their pockets to develop the X. Let's hope that all of our *****ing about them and the poor stateside sales of other Mitsu products doesn't cause them to make the X like 1-7 (unobtainable here)

If it is going to be sold in this country and be above a half star front and side impact rating, you are going to have to add 1000lbs to that.
