Tuning the car near 11.0 is one of my tuning criteria for 91 oct. If someone wants their car tuned to some lean AFR on 91 oct. they can take their car somewhere else, as the 100+ custom tuned cars I've tuned on 91 oct. have no problem making power with an 11.0 and under AFR.
Our car stock motor 10 sec GT35R EVO9 runs an 11.5 AFR on 109 oct... An EVO does not need to run lean to make power.

SE is great and I have seen a ton of great tunes come out of there but you may want to take you car over to bryan@gst and see what he thinks. Not that he is a better tuner but he might have some different insight for you to start narrowing down the problem. Because there is a huge problem. You should hit those numbers with just a tune and drop in filter.
actually the graphs are pretty cool...
good afrs very strong boost curve which stays above 20psi at 7000rpm...but the power its not there!
i heard many opinions here about the engine, rings, leaks etc etc... if this was the case the car would smoke or burn oil etc etc...
seeing these graphs it makes me believe even more that there is something with the turbo flow! i would do what i said before... check the manifold/turbo area... the flow simply its not there...
also something that someone suggested and i agree as i have the same air filter... use only the side part of the induction box and leave it open from above and use the OEM air scoop to help with the air...
cant wait to see the source of the problem!!!
Mellon i dont think the leaning of afrs is the solution to his problem! with 11 flat afr he could make more than 300whp...
i make 309whp on the same type dyno without a green, with cams and a cat not a testpipe with afrs high 10s and 22psi... this is what he should make without the cams and close to 330-335 with cams!

If the car runs well, but just doesn't make the power, there could be an obstruction in the intake (dirty filter) or exhaust (extreme corrosion in muffler, etc.). My Camaro last year made 280 whp on the dyno when it should have made 350+. It seemed to run fine and this only appeared on the dyno during a tuning session. AFR was okay, all cylinders okay, etc. Turned out that the air filter was dirtier than it appeared. Gave that K&N a good cleaning and the car picked up over 70 whp on the next pull.
A stock turboed Evo with a 10.5 hotside running meth at 30psi will make "around" 400awhp. 50awhp is a big difference!
WHOA WHOA WHOA!!! I'm not trying to bash the tuner (Andy). I'm sure he is a great tuner, maybe what i should have said was to get a better tune with better products. There's no need for you to explode like that, i've never bashed anyone on here and dont intend to start. I honestly was giving my opinion to try to help him, and i appologize if i offended you and Andy.
