Problem with EVO IX Bumper Shipment

i asked if he could just order an oem one here in the us and paint it here, and he said that it wouldnt match and it would cost them more. He stated that since it was a TYPO, they shouldnt go out of their expense to get me a lip. How fair is that...

In case some people don't know, Helix is wholely owned by Gruppe-s.
Some time I wonder when a company gets so big that they don't care about Customer Service anymore.

Man that's a crock of ****... send it back and do a chargeback :\ Do they not understand how much biz they are losing by not resolving this?

So the lip comes with the bump from other vendors for the same price? If they are now charging for the lip to it's going to cost what 1k for a front bumper?

like i said i was going to order a 2.3ltr from them but not anymore. Were on Page 6 and they still havent Posted up on here.

i say file a complaint with the credit card company, saying they delivered something different then what they stated. do a charge back and you should have to pay for something that is incomplete. and since it is there mistake they should take care of any shipping charges. i will never order anything from them again as many other people reading this thread.

I noticed it doesnt say with lip now but it does still show the picture.

Is Cal still with Gruppe-s? I've only ordered a couple under 100$ items but I never had a problem with him.

This is the picture that should be displayed on the site, not the one with the lip. Lets see how many sell that way.

try it out if you want, just add the bumper to your cart and view the cart. it will say " JDM EVO IX Front bumper w/lower lip...

Put a stop payment on your cc right away. Find out if you can file small claims action in the district of your residence, if you can then they would HAVE to appear in court, or you win by default in most all cases.

i ordered tail lights from them that were "in stock" and they took over a month to get to me

my only exp with them...

its funny that they havnt replied to thisthread at all to clear things up. they lost more money in would be future customers and current customers by not clearing up their mistake and with bad customer service then if they just helped you out a little.

I guess I'll take my business over to Cal at Speed Element instead. Customer Service is very important to me. I was going to order my HKS 3037S Turbo Kit, AEM standalone, and 2.3L Stroker kit from them.
