Ok radiator is here, some pics for comparison, My measurements put the edge of the core extended 3/4" closer to the engine so its going to be tight but will fit. I might be doing the solid motor mounts to be safe.

Ya this baby is going to need alot more fluid lol. My old one still cooled perfectly fine (if you can believe it after seeing how thin they really are) but the upper outlet placement is the main reason for the change.

This is why. The hose literally sits on the manifold. I cut the hose, put in a metal elbow, then heat wrapped it to keep from rattleing. Still it wore through the wrap and eventually through the metal elbow

Where did you get the fans from?? You'll probably notice but with the aluminum radiator it gets up to normal temp a little quicker.

Our stock radiator is aluminum just has and plastic top and bottom. Radiator is in I probably wont have time to post pics until after work. Damn close lol. Realllllly dont want to put those hangers for the slim fan through the radiator if possible. Anyone know of an alternate way to mount without too much hassle?

With the megan I get up to warmer temp a bit quicker. You could buy some aluminum strips and try to make some brackets to mount the fans?
